Ceramics Class Offerings:

  • One-on-one throwing lesson- for beginners or intermediate potters. Brush up on your throwing practice, or get a primer before starting a a group wheel throwing course. I will walk you through each step of the process with demos and hands on attention.  $70/hr, sliding scale available
  • Handbuilding 101- For those more interested in learning how to coil build, slab build, pinch and sculpt with clay, not using the pottery wheel. This can be a one-time opportunity to make something special, or I can help you get set up with the tools and tips to start making your own pots at home and firing with me moving foward. $70/hr, sliding scale available
  • Group Class- Want to bring your friends, family, or organize a team building event? This is a project based one-time hand building class option where you and your people can each create something special to keep. I will walk you through the process and offer assistance, and after the class I will fire and glaze everyones work to be later shipped or picked up. Past projects have included serving platters, bonsai pots, vases, planters, and matching cup sets! $50/person for 2 or more attendees
