Hai Si

Hai Si is a contemporary Japanese dining concept in Aspen and a sister restaurant to Otoko, defined by a highly considered interior and a cohesive, design-forward approach to the dining experience.

For this project, I developed an extensive collection of custom pieces including both tableware and decor. This included matte black dinner plates, my “UFO” bowls glazed in Disco Lizard for table service, as well as many vases, sculptural objects, and large serving bowls integrated throughout the space.
