Clark’s Oyster Bar is a coastal-inspired restaurant known for its seafood-focused menu and refined, high-volume service.
For their Austin and Aspen locations, I developed two sizes of lidded vessels designed specifically for chowder and mussels, alongside a collection of bowls used across the menu. The lidded forms are designed retain heat and to be opened by the server table side, supporting both presentation and function.
The collection was designed for consistency across locations - ensuring a cohesive tabletop experience while holding up to the demands of daily service.
While this project was made in my era of quickly photographing my work before heading out the door, it remains a strong example of developing repeatable, service-driven pieces for a multi-location restaurant.
