Hestia

Hestia is a Michelin-starred restaurant in downtown Austin, known for its live-fire cooking centered around a 20-foot wood-fired hearth.

In close collaboration with their team, a series of five custom designs was developed to support both plating and tableside service. The collection includes shallow dishes for their wood-fired scallop, “UFO” bowls for rotating seasonal crudo, coordinated bowl sets for sourdough and butter service, and small carafes designed for tableside beurre monté over halibut.

Each piece was considered in relation to how it moves through service - proportioned for specific dishes, balanced for handling, and consistent across volume. The result is a cohesive tabletop language that supports the rhythm of the kitchen while elevating presentation.
